Don’t hate – create!

I opened my phone today in 4.00 AM in the morning and it seems the world has gone mad — and it’s certainly not the first time this has happened.

All I can say to my fellow creators, artists, and photographers: don’t lose your head amidst the chaos. Stay vigilant and patient as you navigate these challenges.

Keep creating and investing in your craft and in yourself.

Maintain your world’s beauty, and let it flourish and grow. We are all part of this vast world too, and there’s ample space for everyone — especially for those who create, who inspire, and who keep this universe moving and bubbling with life.

As people, we are undoubtedly very flawed creatures. Most of the time, we tend to be selfish, self-centered, and egotistic, when, in fact, we are often just scarred little children who act all tough and angry. I bet many of them don’t even know what they are truly angry about 90% of the time. It’s just the crazy, overwhelming information stream that relentlessly pounds on our souls at every step, trying to grab your attention through negative media, fake news, and hate speech—constantly trying to prove you must take part in something, engage, as they push their content through algorithmic labyrinths to gain “good numbers” for their social media report card at the end of each month.

That’s why I keep making my YouTube videos. That’s why I started this webpage and blog — to have my voice, my creative output, somewhere away from all the screaming social media madness and anxiety. A small island that welcomes every drifting survivor to its shores — a safe haven, a little detox from mass media… or should I say mass hysteria. Place where humanity, understanding, and common sense are valued above all the white noise that tries to capitalize on people through fear-mongering, clickbait, and corporate greed.

Even if nobody reads this, it still feels good to write down what I think and feel. Because then it’s not lost in the vast sea of fast content that sinks to the bottom of social media feeds — the kind no one reads because it doesn’t give that instant dopamine fix.

I want to go back — we need to go back — to acting and feeling like normal human beings: united, compassionate, empathetic. Remember how a good ’90s movie made you feel? Movies like Forrest Gump, Twister, Jurassic Park, The Truman Show… somehow, watching them calms me. I can imagine the actors as real people in real-life situations — the struggles, the fear, the essence of human emotion.

Maybe it’s just me, but I can watch Friends at any given moment,

and for those 24 minutes, the world feels okay again.
